Hi, I’m Susan, a Registered Nutritional Therapist who specialises in balancing hormones through diet, lifestyle and finding the root cause of your symptoms. Our hormones are messengers that control our metabolism, reproductive functions, mood and so much more but they can be easily disrupted by food and the environment.

Whether you have no energy, terrible PMS, PCOS, infertility or struggle to lose weight, my 12 week programme will provide you with the tools you need to help you on your journey to better health. I will work with you one-to-one to create a bespoke plan to help you to feel more energised, have clearer skin, lose weight and balance your hormones. Although I focus primarily on food, we will go deeper than this because our aim is to make this a lifestyle. My holistic approach includes a personalised diet and lifestyle protocol with supplement and functional testing recommendations if needed.

Hormones control nearly all the processes in your body.

Hormones control growth and development, metabolism, reproductive function, sleep, stress response and much more. To get the best results, I recommend working together intensively for 3 months because this is how long it can take the hormonal systems to rebalance and I will be with you every step of the way to support and motivate you. I work with a variety of conditions including hormonal imbalances and digestive issues.
